About the creator
I'm João, a Lisbon local with a background in philosophy and 10 years working in tourism. I've seen a lot of travellers leave Portugal without discovering the places that actually make it special.
So I created Lisboa Guide. I rewrote it three times until I got it right. After hundreds of downloads and great feedback, I made one for Porto too.
Each guide includes a PDF with my personal tips on where to go, what to eat, and what to skip, plus Google Maps lists for cafés, rooftops, local restaurants, viewpoints, and hidden gems. There's also a bonus Portugal map with beaches, medieval villages, and castles.
